As a Senior MachineLearning Engineer, you will play a key role instrengthening data-driven decision-making processes and advancingour AI strategy. Your main task will be to analyze existing data,develop new machine learning models, and integrate them intoproduction environments without relying on third-party APIs. Youranalyses and models will directly contribute to the company'sdevelopment and innovation.

Tasks

You contribute to our sucessby:

  • Developing and implementing machinelearning models: You design and execute machinelearning models tailored to enhance various business operations,ensuring they align with company objectives and driveefficiency.
  • Analyzing largedatasets to identify patterns and trends: You willutilize advanced analytical techniques to sift through extensivedatasets, uncovering insights that inform strategic decision-makingand identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating to develop data-drivensolutions: You will work closely withcross-functional teams to create innovative, data-driven solutionsthat address complex business challenges.
  • Conducting experiments to optimizemodels: You design and execute experiments to refinemachine learning models, systematically testing hypotheses toenhance accuracy and performance.
  • Applying statistical analyses andalgorithms: You will validate the results of youranalyses by employing a range of statistical methods andalgorithms.
  • Deploying models inproduction environments: You are responsible fordeployment of machine learning models into production, prioritizingscalability and operational efficiency to ensure they functionseamlessly within existing systems.
  • Promoting a data-driven culture within thecompany: You will advocate for and foster a culturethat prioritizes data-driven decision-making, providing trainingand resources to empower colleagues to leverage data effectively intheir roles.
Requirements

What makesyou stand out:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science,Machine Learning or a similar position.
  • Master's degree in a STEMfield, or equivalent. A background in mathematicalmodeling or stochastic processes would be a Plus.
  • Senior-level practical experience in inbuilding and implementing complex machine learningmodels; experience with reinforcement or deeplearning would be a Plus.
  • Strongknowledge of Python and common ML frameworks likeTensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Expertise instatistical methods and algorithms for dataanalysis.
  • Good communicationskills to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Fluency inEnglish.
  • You are willing tovisit our Munich office a few times a year for workshops or events- and are of course always welcome between these.
