Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Intralogistics


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our large-scale intralogistics systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in intralogistics or similar industries, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our intralogistics solutions to large-scale warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.

3. Conduct detailed needs assessments for potential clients and propose tailored intralogistics solutions.

4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

5. Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures for large-scale projects.

6. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met.

7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

8. Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

10. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of complex intralogistics systems or similar industrial solutions.

3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for large-scale projects.

4. Strong technical understanding of warehouse automation, material handling systems, and supply chain processes.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

7. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings and site visits. (within Germany only, European travel for training and exhibitions)
