Wir suchen Sie als Head of Pension Germany and Global Benefit Governance (m/w/divers) fr unseren Bereich Automotive Human Relations am Standort Frankfurt am Main.

In der Rolle werden Sie fr die folgenden Ttigkeiten auf globalen Level ttig sein 20:

  • Aufbau eines weltweiten PensionTeams und deren Leitung
  • Leitung und Koordination der internen Pension Strategie und Abwicklung
  • Richtlinienkompetenz fr Pension in weiteren Lndern
  • Vorbereitung Geschftsbericht bzgl. Pension Reporting
  • Begleitung von M&A Projekten

Zu Ihren Aufgaben deutschlandweit 80 gehren folgende Ttigkeiten:

  • Steuerung aller Aktivitten der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge fr deutsche Gesellschaften
  • Betreuung und Fortentwicklung der bestehenden Treuhandmodelle
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken im Zusammenhang mit Pension und Entwicklung von Manahmen zur Risikominderung
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Pensionsprogramme
  • Durchfhrung von Audits & externe Prfungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Administrations und Abrechnungsdienstleistern
  • Durchfhrung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen fr Mitarbeiter und HR
  • Steuerung von Pensions und Vorsorgemodellen u.a. Langzeitkonten

Qualifications :

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzmathematik Betriebswirtschaft Personalmanagement Jura oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich betriebliche Altersvorsorge/Pension
  • Fhrungserfahrung und ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Management internationaler und themenbergreifender Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Bestimmungen insbesondere im deutschen Steuer und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermgen und Problemlsungsfhigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
