Horsepower Agency ist eine B2B Growth Agentur. Wir helfen unseren Auftraggebern durch kreative Strategien mehr Kunden und Wachstum zu erreichen. Unsere Services fallen dabei in die Bereiche Lead Generation und Sales Enablement.


Aufgaben:


Als (Junior) Growth Manager bist du zentraler Ansprechpartner für deine Accounts. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen und unserem Gründer erstellst du Strategien und setzt diese um. Dabei hast du zu jedem Zeitpunkt den Überblick über sämtliche Maßnahmen und Kanäle.


  • Erarbeitung kreativer Lead Generation Strategien
  • Deep Dive in die Probleme und Herausforderungen der jeweiligen Zielgruppe
  • Erstellung von kreativen Inhalten für die Ansprache auf allen Kanälen
  • Reporting und Optimierung


Wir machen keine Cold Calls. Dennoch solltest du keine Angst vorm Telefon haben.


Qualifikationen:


Die richtige Einstellung und Motivation schlägt jede Qualifikation auf dem Papier. Dennoch wären folgende Skills sicher förderlich um in der Rolle aufzugehen:


  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Schlagfertigkeit
  • Selbstbewusster und sympathischer Auftritt im Umgang mit Entscheidern
  • Sales Geschick und Erfahrungen im B2B
  • Spaß am Umgang mit anderen Menschen
