We are looking for aPrincipal Data & AI Consultant in Germanywith a specific focus on Machine Learning (ML) and ArtificialIntelligence (AI). The role is a senior-level position and offersan exciting opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies,deliver ML/AI-driven solutions and play a highly visible role inpartnering closely with multiple clients and our Data leadershipteams globally.

• Providetechnical leadership and strategic direction expertise in ML andAI, driving the design, development and implementation of ML/AIsolutions for clients.
• Engage with clients tounderstand their business challenges and requirements, andeffectively communicate how ML/AI solutions can addressthem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto define project scope, develop datasets and apply appropriate MLalgorithms to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead the identification of new ML/AI opportunities,either through selling solutions or securing funding, by leveragingyour technical expertise and engaging seniordecision-makers.
• Shape ML solutions andproperly scope/price engagements, establishing optimal operatingmodels and project team organization, and leading the transitionfrom the sales process to the delivery phase.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients,ensuring their satisfaction through effective project delivery,clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Engage client stakeholders at the executive/C-level,helping them drive enterprise-wide agenda to maximizegrowth.
• Stay updated with the latestadvancements in ML/AI and emerging technologies, proactivelyrecommending new approaches and methodologies to address challengesin the space/markets and geographies in which the clientsoperate.
• Support sales/pre-sales activities byassessing Data opportunities, responding to RFPs, creatingproposals and presentations.

• Strongexperience in a senior/leadership role within Data &Analytics/ML/AI as well as a proven track record in designing andimplementing ML/AI solutions.
• Knowledge andunderstanding of different architectures: CNN/RNN, Transformers,LLM, Multimodal, Foundation models etc.
• Solidunderstanding of ML algorithms, both classical and Deep Learningbased.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging andinfluencing senior stakeholders to secure funding or sell ML/AIprojects.
• Strong communication skills, withthe ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technicaland non-technical audiences, capable of collaborating withcross-functional teams in different geographies and building strongclient relationships.
• Technical proficiency inprogramming languages such as Python and ML libraries/frameworkssuch as PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex businessrequirements and translate them into practical ML/AIsolutions.
• Fluent German and English isessential.
• Bachelor's or master's degree inComputer Science, Data Science, or a related field or relevant workexperience.
