WMS Fulfillment Technology Analyst

Infinite Talent are working with one of the leading providers of omnichannel commerce technologies and fulfillment/operations solutions, who offer their customers complete solutions for all processes after the “click”, i.e. online purchase.

As part of an international team, you are responsible for the implementation and migration projects in the system environment of their Manhattan warehouse management system.

Role Responsibilities:

• Production environment troubleshooting, configuration settings, system and integration testing, and interface monitoring and resolution
• Work closely with the operational team to design, test and implement new solutions to address both existing and new customer requirements
• Monitoring of all WMS-relevant interfaces, including communication with MHE (Material Handling Equipment) or TMS (Transport Management System)
• Code development or other infrastructure-related changes to technical server configurations
• Define and deliver reports and operational queries to support day-to-day operations
• You will work with the Fulfillment Operations team in the development and delivery of system standard operating procedures (S.O.P.s).
• Conduct local system testing for code fixes or platform improvements.

Skills Required:

• More than 2 years of practical experience working with merchandise management systems in goods logistics, with Manhattan WMOS / Manhattan Active
• Experience implementing and testing systems
• Extensive HTML and SQL knowledge
• Willingness to support the shift system, standby times and willingness to travel
• Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
• A degree in industrial engineering, business informatics or IT specialists, ideally with a focus on logistics or completed training in IT, warehousing or logistics
