Aufgaben


  • Eigenständige Leitung des Finanzbereichs mit einer Führungsverantwortung von vier Mitarbeitern
  • Verantwortung und Steuerung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Konsolidierung der Einzelgesellschaften und Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses
  • Erstellung von Statistiken, Berichten und Reportings sowie Betreuung des Auslandsgeschäfts
  • Behandlung einzelner Aspekte des Controllings (z. B. Budgetierung, Forecast)
  • Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung


Qualifikationen


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Abschlusserstellung nach HGB und IFRS sowie erste Kenntnisse in der Konsolidierung
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Ambition, künftig personelle Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohes Maß an analytischem Denkvermögen und Durchsetzungsstärke, verbunden mit Eigeninitiative

  • Je nach Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung liegt der Gehaltsrahmen zwischen 90.000 € und 120.000 € Bruttojahreszielgehalt
