Ihre Aufgaben Betreuung von Sell- und Buy-Side M&A-Projekten über den gesamten Transaktionsprozess sowie IPO Advisory Erstellung von integrierten Finanzmodellen, Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen Konzeption von Pitch Decks Direkter Kundenkontakt bspw. im Rahmen von Verhandlungen Aktive Einbindung in die Ausbildung von Analysten und Praktikanten Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftsnahes Hochschulstudium mit überdurchschnittlichen Leistungen Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im M&A oder angrenzenden Disziplinen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Belastbarkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ihre Vorteile mit GKES Diskretion, Professionalität und Ehrlichkeit / starker Zugang zu unzähligen Entscheidern der Finanzindustrie und Wirtschaft / Ratgeber im Bewerbungsprozess / prompte Reflektion Ihrer Bewerbungsunterlagen.
