Senior Accountant/ Group Accounting

- Erstellung der konsolidierten Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für die Untergruppe gemäß IFRS und HGB, inklusive Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern.
- Durchführung analytischer Überprüfungen der konsolidierten Finanzberichte, wie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen, Bilanzen und Trendanalysen, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Tochtergesellschaften.
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung des monatlichen Finanzberichts.
- Koordination der monatlichen Intercompany-Abstimmungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzernfinanzabteilung, um die Einhaltung der Rechnungslegungsstandards sicherzustellen und deren Anwendung in den Gesellschaften zu gewährleisten.
- Durchführung von Wertminderungstests nach IFRS sowie Überprüfung der Beteiligungswerte von Finanzanlagen gemäß HGB.
- Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Tools mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
- 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzberichterstattung und Konzernrechnungslegung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) sowie des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB).
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen für Konzernstrukturen, bevorzugt in der EMEA-Region.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Tochtergesellschaften und der Konzernfinanzabteilung.
- Vertrautheit mit der Anwendung und Integration von SAP HANA in der Finanzberichterstattung und -verwaltung.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
