• Responsible for the globaloperations controlling (production,supply chain) within the central controlling team (Global FP&A)of the Lapp Holding SE. Setup and development of a transparent andongoing reporting, cost accounting and defined KPIs incollaboration with global functions and the functions within theoperating units.
• SAP 4/HANA CO key userfunction especially for the area of production (plant controlling /product costing) including setup and training to build expertknowledge.
• Responsible for the globalharmonization and process for product and production costcalculations.
• Controlling business partner forthe global CTO; sparring partner for the local/regional functionsto support with analyses and improvements of KPIs in the area ofproduction and supply chain.
• Support the globalplanning and forecasting process includinganalyses.
• Support the monthly reporting of theLapp Group (presentation to the Executive Board and SupervisoryBoard).
• Lead and collaborate with management onglobal FP&A projects.

• University degree(diploma/master's degree) in business administration or industrialengineering with a focus on finance, production, or supplychain.
• Min. 5-7 years of experience in aninternational manufacturing company. Sound experience inplant/operations controlling and financial planning and analysis(FP&A).
• Very good IT skills (Excel, SAP& SAP 4/HANA, management informationsystems).
• Expert knowledge in creation ofpresentations.
• Very good knowledge of English,min. basic knowledge of German.
• Pronouncedanalytical skills and the strength to structure and implementcomplex tasks with pragmatism.
• You exhibitself-confidence and cross-cultural competence. You are a clearcommunicator and you pursue your goals with decisiveness and thewillingness to perform.
