STELLENBEREICH

Sie sind verantwortlich dafür, die Produktionsprozesse auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen. Sie werden das Design, die Implementierung und die Wartung von Prozessleitsystemen für unsere Organisation überwachen.

Der/die erfolgreiche Kandidat*in wird dafür verantwortlich sein, den effizienten Betrieb der Fertigungsprozesse sicherzustellen und gleichzeitig Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung und Optimierung zu identifizieren.


WESENTLICHE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

· Verantwortlich für die Automatisierungstechnik und das Prozessleitsystem

· Festlegung und Berichterstattung von Leistungskennzahlen im Zusammenhang mit Automatisierungstechnik und Prozessleitsystemen, z. B. Zuverlässigkeits-/Ausfallraten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltungsabteilung; Menschliche Schnittstelle/Alarmhäufigkeit, Häufigkeit manueller Eingriffe in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsbereich

· Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und erhöhte Effizienz durch Prozessautomatisierung, einschließlich Umsetzung von Modifikationen und Kommunikation/Schulung der relevanten Zielgruppe

· Verantwortlich für die Dokumentation bezüglich Automatisierungstechnik und Prozessleitsystem

· Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessleitsystemen, einschließlich Design von Steuerstrategien, Auswahl von Sensoren und Aktuatoren sowie Programmierung von Steueralgorithmen.

· Fehlerbehebung und Behebung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Prozessleitsystemen, einschließlich Geräteausfällen, Softwarefehlern und Kommunikationsfehlern.

· Optimierung von Prozessleitsystemen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz, Reduzierung von Abfall und Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten.

· Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ingenieuren und Interessengruppen, um Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung zu identifizieren und Lösungen umzusetzen.

· Schulung und Unterstützung von Bedienern und Instandhaltungspersonal bei der Verwendung von Prozessleitsystemen.

· Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über branchenspezifische Entwicklungen und aufkommende Technologien im Bereich der Prozessleitsysteme.


GEWÜNSCHTER HINTERGRUND

· Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise in Elektro-, Chemie- oder Maschinenbau

· Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Prozesssteuerungstechnik in der chemischen Industrie mit Schwerpunkt auf Design, Implementierung und Wartung von Steuerungssystemen


WISSEN UND FÄHIGKEITEN

· Starkes und fundiertes Fachwissen in Regelungstechnik, einschließlich PID-Regelung, Rückkopplungsregelung und fortgeschrittenen Regelungstechniken sowie

· Erfahrung in der PCS-Planung wie Spezifikation von Sensoren, Sendern und Aktuatoren einschließlich Bestimmung der Messverfahren, Anforderungen an den Explosionsschutz und Auswahl von Materialien für Teile, die mit dem Produkt in Kontakt kommen; Spezifikation von Sicherheitseinrichtungen in der Prozessindustrie und/oder Maschinentechnik;

· Kenntnisse im Bereich der Schaltschrankplanung für elektrische Antriebe sowie Definition von Aufgaben für die PLC/PLS-Programmierung einschließlich Planung von Regelkreisen, Zwangsführung und Sequenzsteuerung für kontinuierliche und Batch-Systeme;

· Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Projektspezifikationen, Ausrüstungslisten und deren Kostenschätzungen

· Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie MATLAB, Python oder C++

· Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement-, Problemlösungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten

· Starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit einem interdisziplinären Team zusammenzuarbeiten

· Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Methoden der Prozessgefahrenanalyse (HAZOP, LOPA) und dem damit verbundenen Rahmen von Vorschriften und technischen Normen und Richtlinien

· Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen und Sicherheitsstandards im Zusammenhang mit Prozessleitsystemen

· Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

· Allgemeine MS-Office-, Datenbank- und ERP-Kenntnisse
