Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Prozessoptimierung: Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Ablufe sowie Einfhrung neuer effizienter Prozesse zur Steigerung der operativen Exzellenz sowie Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen innerhalb der deutschlandweit agierenden BusinssLine Residential.
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben: Mitarbeit an komplexen organisatorischen Aufgaben und Untersttzung des CoHead of Residential Deutschland bei administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Erstellung von Unterlagen: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Pitch und Vermarktungsunterlagen sowie eigenstndige Erarbeitung von Prsentationen fr nationale und internationale Kunden.
  • Mitarbeit bei Verkaufstransaktionen: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen ColliersTeams der Business Line Residential bei Immobilientransaktionen und BuySide Mandaten (keine Verkaufsttigkeit).
  • Koordination und Kommunikation: Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern bei unternehmensinternen Projekten.

Qualifications :

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Gute organisatorische und analytische Fhigkeiten
  • Freude daran mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Terminfristen zu berblicken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Erfahrung und Affinitt bei der Arbeit mit Datenbanken
  • Flieende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Humor und Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen interdisziplinren Team
