With over 20,000 employees, Minth serves more than 60 automobile brands and clients from 30 countries. It operates a stable and large supply chain with over 70 factories and 15 transit warehouses worldwide, ensuring the stable provision of materials.


We are seeking a HR Manager who plays a role to contribute to the achievement of the company goals, by providing a proactive and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment,training,retentionandmotivationofqualitytalents.Contributetotheadmin.servicestoimprovetheworkingconditionsaccordingly.Once hired, the candidate will be sent to China for training 1-3 month.


Responsibilities:

1.Manage all HR operations in the plant(Organization, HR system,Training,recruitment,Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations)

2.Manages direct reports and planning, organizing, and delegating all activities within the department.

3.Conducts recruitment activities, including providing assistance to managers to identify recruitment needs, source candidates and determine final selection.

4.Conducts new hire orientation, annual benefit enrollment and other training sessions as needed.

5.Assists with the facilitation of the annual performance management process and participates in developing department goals and objectives.

6.Coordinates employee relations issues to affect prompt and appropriate resolution.

7.Updates the HRIS for HR, Benefits and Payroll processing and compiles reports from database as needed.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management or psychology or equivalent experience;

2.Minimum 5 years of human resources experience with proven growing responsibilities with HR modules at least;

3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

4.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.

5.Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

6.Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. 7.Willingness to travel as required.
