Als Director International Brand & Product Marketing bei uns bist du der Mastermind hinter unserer globalen Markenstrategie. Du fackelst nicht lange, sondern packst die Dinge an und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Marke Jean&Len in den USA, UK, Frankreich und China so richtig durchstartet.


Deine Aufgaben:

- Du entwickelst eine kreative Marken- und Produktstrategie, die unsere Marke weltweit bekannt macht und unsere Produkte ins Rampenlicht rückt. Dabei verzichten wir bewusst auf große Kommunikationsbudgets und setzen stattdessen auf den Point of Sale und Social Media.

- Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung tüftelst du an unserer Markenpositionierung und sorgst dafür, dass wir überall den richtigen Ton treffen. Wir suchen jemanden, der strategisch und gleichzeitig pragmatisch denkt und handelt.

- Du leitest unser Marketing-Team und packst selbst mit an, wenn nötig.

- Von der Identifizierung heißer Trends bis zur Lokalisierung unserer Marketingstrategien hast du alles im Griff und behältst stets den Überblick.


Dein Profil:

- Du bist ein innovativer Brand-Experte mit klarem Blick für das Wesentliche.

- Mit deinem strategischen Geschick und deiner kommunikativen Art bringst du unsere Marketing-Aktivitäten auf das nächste Level.

- Du hast Erfahrung im Brand- und Produktmarketing, idealerweise im Bereich Kosmetik/FMCG, und kennst dich mit den unterschiedlichen Märkten aus.

- Führungserfahrung, eine proaktive Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Trends runden dein Profil ab.
