  • Du untersttzt bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschftsprozessen indem du Lsungen entwickelst die die Baubarkeit von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien verbessern und gleichzeitig die Effizienz und Kosteneffektivitt steigern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinren Teams zusammen kooperierst mit Technikern Projektmanagern und externen Partnern um die Baubarkeit und Skalierbarkeit von erneuerbaren Energieprojekten zu verbessern.
  • Du trgst zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Innovationen bei indem du Ideen und Lsungen einbringst die die Implementierung von innovativen Bautechnologien und Prozessen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien vorantreiben.
  • Du berwachst relevante gesetzliche und technische Anforderungen indem du dich ber aktuelle regulatorische Entwicklungen und technische Standards im Bereich Baubarkeit auf dem Laufenden hltst und somit die Projektausfhrung optimierst.

Qualifications :

  • Du hast erfolgreich dein Bachelorstudium in einer wirtschafts oder naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin an einer TopUniversitt abgeschlossen oder befindest dich im GapYear und mchtest ein 36monatiges Praktikum absolvieren.
  • Du denkst schnell und bist in der Lage dich zgig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und auf dynamische Herausforderungen zu reagieren. 
  • Du stellst hchste Qualittsansprche an dich selbst und bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit. 
  • Du kannst effektiv und klar mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern kommunizieren und bist in der Lage komplexe Sachverhalte verstndlich zu vermitteln.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und schtzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem untersttzenden und hilfsbereiten Teamumfeld.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch.
