Job Title: SAP FI/CO Consultant

Location: Germany - Multiple Locations

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and possess a strong background in working with consultancies or SAP partners. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their financial and controlling requirements, designing and implementing SAP FI/CO solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP FI/CO functionalities and usage.
  • Provide expert advice and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience working with consultancies or SAP partners.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules, including configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, controlling processes, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Professional certification in SAP FI/CO is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel, as required by project needs.
  • The right to work in Germany.
