Dabei liegt der Finanzierungsfokus auf Bestandsfinanzierungen sowie Projektenwicklungen und Bauträgergeschäften. Wir suchen für unseren Mandanten einen Senior Credit Analyst (m/w/d) für das sehr erfolgreiche Team in Frankfurt am Main. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für das Management der Transaktionen im Deutschen Markt mitverantwortlich. Ferner beinhaltet die Funktion die aktive Betreuung des verantworteten Kreditportfolios (Neu- und Bestandsgeschäft auf nationaler Ebene).
Das Aufgabengebiet:
- Ansprechpartner für das Neugeschäft und das Bestandsgeschäft in Bezug auf die großvolumige gewerbliche Immobilienfinanzierung im deutschen Markt
- Analyse und eigenverantwortliche Beurteilung von komplexen Kreditanträgen zur Umsetzung des Neugeschäftes
- Mitwirkung bei Kunden- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Mitarbeit bei der aktiven Kundenbetreuung
- Erstellung von Kreditvorlagen einschließlich der Votierung
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Beurteilung der Risikotragfähigkeit
- Erstellung von Objekt- und Bonitätsprüfungen, Bilanzanalysen und Cash-Flow-Analysen
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträgen sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Ratings
- Verantwortung für das Bestandsengagement einschließlich dem Kreditportfolio-Monitoring, Risikomanagement und der Erstellung aktueller Marktanalysen
- Schnittstelle zu externen Einheiten und Koordination von Anwälten sowie Gutachtern
Das Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossene bankkaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau, mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Studium (BWL, VWL) oder Zusatzqualifikation zum Bankfachwirt/Bankbetriebswirt
- Erfahrungen aus der großvolumigen gewerblichen Immobilienfinanzierung auf internationaler Ebene von der Marktfolgeseite oder aus dem Deal-Management/Underwriting
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Analyse und Strukturierung von komplexen Finanzierungen
- Verhandlungssicherheit und Überzeugungskraft
- Analysefähigkeit und gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Excel
- Teamfähigkeit, hohes Engagement und Abschlusssicherheit
