In spannenden Beratungsprojekten bist du sowohl beim Vorstand als auch „im Maschinenraum“ unterwegs. Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, harmonisierst Prozesse und leitest Projekte direkt beim Kunden. Du arbeitest in einem internationalem Umfeld, wo deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten wirklich zählen und gefördert werden.

Was Sie erwarten können:

  • Sie entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Kundenlösungen in Bezug auf aktuelle Herausforderungen im ERP-Transformationsbereich, inbesondere SAP S/4HANA
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Konzeption zur Gestaltung, Harmonisierung und Integration von Geschäftsprozessen in Kooperation mit den Fachbereichen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Roadmap- und Konzeptentwicklung hinsichtlich der Transformation (Schwerpunkt S/4HANA) - von der Planung der IT- Architektur bis hin zur Projektleitung bei der Umsetzung


Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (u.a. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL), vorzugsweise bei einer international führenden Unternehmensberatung oder als Quereinsteiger mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld (min. 5 Jahre)
  • Sie verfügen über umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich der strategischen Konzeption wie auch technischen Implementierung, gerne unter Anwendung moderner ERP-Lösungen wie SAP S/4HANA
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrungen im direkten Umgang mit Entscheidern und Vorständen
  • Sie haben Projektleitungs-, Coaching- und Führungserfahrung im IT- und/oder Geschäftsprozessbereich
  • Sie verfügen über Projekterfahrung im In- und Ausland gepaart mit einer hohen Eigenständigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sie haben ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und eine Reisebereitschaft in der DACH-Region (und evtl. im europäischen Ausland)
