During the template definition you ensure the value realisation and guide our clients. We are offering end-to-end delivery to our clients, to ensure that our process designs will be deployed and prove their benefits.Brief Summary of the roleWe are looking for an SAP Finance and Controlling professional who is keen on delivering Finance Solutions (often associated to a S/4 transformation) to our clients in an international environment. You will work with our clients in the template design phase to capture the requirements, guide and lead your team, which will consist of consultants both onshore and offshore. During the design phase you will ensure that the design items do meet the expectations of the client and will bring the expected benefits. After the successful design and sign-off you will ensure successful delivery including go-live. On some projects, an international industrialized rollout where you will play the role of guardian for the design template might follow.Required Skills/Experience:Experience in SAP S/4 Finance implementations as stream lead or solution architect. This also includes the integration to SD, MM, PP, PM etc. to support product cost controlling, margin analysis and value flowsProcess knowledge about integration into other applications like group controlling and consolidation (e.g. Oracle HFM)Experience in definition and implementing of controlling concepts (includes profit and cost center hierarchies)Experience design and implementation of SAP Finance including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Fixed AssetsConsulting and implementation experience with all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting and management reportingConsulting experience in Finance strategy and finance operations, capital management, asset management, financial accounting, product cost controllingExperience in implementation of Local and Global Tax Reporting (DRC), Inter-company Reconciliation, Accruals ManagementExperience in financial budgeting, planning and forecast operations would be a plusProven track record on process optimizations for the finance and controlling processes in conjunction with a transformation programKnowledge about reporting and capabilities of SAP Analytics cloud and Finance Reporting would be a plusGood understanding of delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile)Experience in working with a global team and leading and guiding offshore colleaguesGood process knowledge and finance operations in manufacturing industry or consumer goods industryCan-do attitudeYou are able to discuss with the client different options and process variations and provide guidanceKnowledge in Signavio would be a plusYou have good analytical skills, a good ability to summarize different options and to provide guidanceProficiency to talk to our clients on different levels (C-Levels, Business Process Owners)Stakeholder management in complex environmentsAutonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this positionEnglish fluency is mandatory
