Du bist bereit, die Zukunft des Sofortdrucks mitzugestalten und unsere Kodak Moments Kiosk Software auf ein neues Level zu heben? Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktmanager Digital (m/w/d), der unsere Produkte mit Leidenschaft und Know-how vorantreibt und unsere Kunden in den Mittelpunkt stellt.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du analysierst den Markt und die Konkurrenz, um Trends und Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren und daraus innovative Produktideen zu entwickeln
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren lokalen und globalen Teams zusammen, und definierst Anforderungen, um unsere Produkte und die User Interface der Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Überprüfung der Übersetzungen und das Testen der Software Releases
  • Du konzipierst, erstellst und führst Kundenpräsentationen und Pitch-Events durch.
  • Du erstellst Business Cases um die Machbarkeit, Rentabilität und das Potential von Projekten und Produkten zu bewerten
  • Du erstellst Newsletter, Schulungen und Workshops für interne Teams und externe Partner zur Produktkenntnis und -Vermarktung


Was du mitbringen solltest


Deine Qualifikation & Erfahrung

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, User Experience Design oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder einer ähnlichen Position und hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für User Experience
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Konzipieren, planen und einführen von Produkten
  • Du bist dir aktueller Produkt- und Softwaretrends bewusst und hast Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
  • Du kannst komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich kommunizieren und bist flexibel und anpassungsfähig
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

  • Du denkst strategisch und analytisch und hast ein Gespür für Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Du hast gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten und bist zielorientiert und freust dich an der Projektarbeit
  • Du bist bereit, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und eigenmotiviert
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von agilen Methoden und Kenntnisse in Design Thinking und anderen kreativen Problemlösungsmethoden
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten zur effektiven Priorisierung und Planung von Aufgaben
