  • Als Teil unseres Teams aus Expert*innen übernimmst du die umfassende Beratung zur Neugestaltung und Optimierung der logistischen Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden auf Basis von SAP Produkten: Von der Anforderungsaufnahme und Prozessanalyse über (agile) Implementierung und Test bis zum Go-Live.
  • Du bist dabei insbesondere verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Realisierung und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der End-to-End Prozesse in der integrierten Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden.
  • Entsprechend deiner Expertise und Präferenz übernimmst du neben der fachlichen Verantwortung auch Steuerungsfunktionen, wie z. B. Teamführung oder (Teil-) Projektleitung.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungs- und Service-Portfolios mit.
  • Du übernimmst das Mentoring und das Coaching von Kolleg*innen in Projekteinsätzen.
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige relevante Projekterfahrung in der Beratung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Transformation und Implementierung von SAP ECC, S/4HANA und in EAM-spezifischen Cloudlösungen, idealerweise mit agilen Vorgehensweisen
  • Expertise im EAM-Bereich des Supply Chain Managements bzw. in umliegenden Business Streams mit Fokus auf SAP S/4HANA: SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP QM
  • Branchen Know-how (Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemical/Life Science oder Consumer Products & Retail) und Kenntnisse über die heutigen Herausforderungen, Probleme und KPIs
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Teamgeist und Spaß an interkulturellem Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch sowie die Motivation mit uns zusammen deine Deutschkenntnisse auszubauen
