Ihr Team 

Der Bereich „Project Management“ berät unsere Bestandskunden zu technischen Prüf- und Zulassungsdienstleistungen, die diese für einen erfolgreichen Marktzugang ihrer innovativsten Produkte benötigen. Hierbei handelt es sich meist um Geräte der Funktelekommunikation oder auch andere elektronische Komponenten. Das „Project Management“ erstellt eigenständig Angebote für unsere Bestandskunden und unterstützt unsere Sales Manager bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden. Nach erfolgreicher Akquise betreut das „Project Management“ das Projekt bis zum Abschluss und kommuniziert in dieser Zeit sowohl mit dem Kunden als auch mit den Mitarbeitern in unseren operativen Teams. 

Ihre Aufgaben 
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden in Bezug auf unsere technischen Dienstleistungen sowie die erforderlichen Prüfungen und Zertifizierungen
  • Projektkoordination, Planung und Disponieren der Laborkapazitäten
  • Ansprechpartner für die Labormitarbeiter
  • Erstellen von Angeboten sowie vertriebliche Aktivitäten
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Beratung der Kunden zu Zulassungsmöglichkeiten
  • Kundenbetreuung vor Ort
Ihr Profil 
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation bzw. Abschluss einer technischen Berufsausbildung
  • Interesse an der Organisation von Kundenprojekten und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
  • Sicheres, kommunikatives und offenes Auftreten auch bei neuen und schwierigen Kunden
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Französisch) von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Freude an einem offenen und kommunikativen Umgang mit unseren Kunden
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
