dich?Du verantwortest den Betrieb unserer Learning &
Development Plattformen (z. B. LMS, LXP).Du analysierst,
strukturierst und optimierst unsere bestehende Systemlandschaft –
und denkst sie zukunftsorientiert weiter.Du arbeitest eng mit
internen Teams, externen Developer:innen und Partnern zusammen, um
neue Features, Schnittstellen und Integrationen umzusetzen.Du
stellst sicher, dass Hosting, Sicherheit und Performance (z. B. auf
AWS) reibungslos funktionieren.Du übersetzt technologische
Entwicklungen in strategische Entscheidungen und setzt Impulse für
Innovation.Du hast den Überblick über Prozesse, Tools und Systeme –
und sorgst dafür, dass alles nahtlos ineinandergreift.Was solltest
du mitbringen?Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für
Plattformarchitekturen, APIs, Datenflüsse und Cloud-UmgebungenDu
hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Lernplattformen oder
SaaS-SystemenDu denkst systemisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast
Freude daran, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machenDu bist
technikaffin, strategisch und lösungsorientiertDu hast Lust,
Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge wirklich
