Der Bereich Anschluss- und Messservice entwickelt sich zu einem zentralen Akteur der Energiewende und einem integralen Dienstleister für ein Smart Grid in München. Der Bereich Service und Technologie übernimmt innerhalb des Anschluss- und Messservice eine Vielzahl von übergreifenden und komplexen Aufgaben, um eine effiziente Bewirtschaftung des Netzanschlusses und des Messstellenbetriebs zu ermöglichen, die notwendigen technischen Grundlagen zu erarbeiten, die Vernetzung mit internen und externen Fachgremien und Partnern sicherzustellen, die Automatisierung der Geschäftsprozesse und die digitale Transformation zu forcieren und technologische Innovationen zu integrieren. Das können Sie bei uns bewegen Prozesse gestalten: Sie wirken aktiv an der Gestaltung effektiver und effizienter Prozesse mit, stimmen sich dabei eng mit den betroffenen Führungskräften ab und liefern qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse für unsere Organisation Anforderungen managen: Sie nehmen fachliche Anforderungen auf, bewerten und priorisieren diese im Rahmen der Product Backlogs für ein spezifisches Produkt oder Prozesscluster Prozesse optimieren: Sie optimieren und erweitern proaktiv die Produkte und Prozesse innerhalb Ihres zu verantwortenden Prozessclusters Projekte vorantreiben: Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an Projekten und tragen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei Damit überzeugen Sie uns Qualifikation: Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung: Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung und/oder Prozesserfahrung bei oder im Umfeld von Netzbetreibern, Messstellenbetreibern und Energiedienstleistern mit (wünschenswert) Agile Methoden und Prozessmodellierung: Sie haben Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld, Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung (BPMN 2.0) und in den Methoden des Requirements Engineering Soft Skills: Sie verfügen über hervorragende Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
