Wolt ist in Deutschland im August 2020 offiziell als Land Nr. 23 gestartet Seit wir in Berlin begonnen haben, konnten wir mit vielen fantastischen Restaurants zusammenarbeiten, um Zehntausende von hungrigen Kunden zu beliefern. Und jetzt freuen wir uns sehr, dir mitteilen zu können, dass wir gerade unsere Aktivitäten deutschlandweit erweitern wollen

Unser Merchant Services Team ist das Herz und die Seele von Wolt.

  • Mit verschiedenen Teams innerhalb der Organisation kommunizieren, um ein nahtloses Händler-Off-Boarding und Service-Erlebnis zu koordinieren
  • Die Partner*innen über Prozesse und Abläufe per Formular, E-Mail und Telefon informieren, meisten in deutscher Sprache
  • Prozesse überwachen und den Fortschritt durch Monday.com und andere Wolt-Software verfolgen
  • Unserer Systeme, Tools und Prozesse erlernen und beherrschen

  • Du hast eine positive Einstellung und einen unternehmerischen Geist
  • Du bist ein*e Problemlöser*in - Du hast Spaß daran, Probleme zu erkennen und kreative Ansätze zur Lösung von Herausforderungen zu entwickeln
  • Du bist kundenorientiert – du hast eine kundenorientierte Mentalität und bist in der Lage, mit Menschen unterschiedlichen technischen Niveaus zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Du hast ein oder mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Support oder Account Management

  • Du bist organisiert, sorgfältig und verfügst über tadellose Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du arbeitest gut in unabhängigen und vielfältigen Team Umgebungen
  • Du bist bereit für eine Herausforderung und fühlst dich als Teamplayer wohl


Qualifikationen:

  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1) – jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Analysetools wie Google Sheets oder Microsoft Excel (Grundkenntnisse ausreichend)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Monday.com oder ähnliche Ticketing Tools wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder der Lebensmittelindustrie ist von Vorteil
