Wir suchen einen engagierten Kollegen (m/w/d) als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) / Professional (m/w/d) Design Control zur Verstärkung unseres Forschung- & Entwicklungsteams in Tübingen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Design Control in den Produktentwicklungsprojekten
  • Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung von F&E-Prozessen im Rahmen vom Design Control
  • Steuerung und Koordination von ausgewählten Projekten, u.a. Sicherstellen einer normkonformen Erstellung von Zulassungsakten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zielvorgaben, Terminüberwachung und Reporting auch im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Administrative Koordination von Förderprojekten, u. a. Fördermittelakquise, Ressourcen-/Budgetplanung und Projektcontrolling
Sie bringen mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. im betriebswirtschaftlichen, sprachwissenschaftlichen, sozialwissenschaftlichen bzw. technischen Bereich) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. in Excel)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, vorausschauende und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisatorisches Geschick, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Diskretion und Loyalität
