Arlon Graphics LLC is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Associate to join our expanding EMEA team, based in Germany. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales within the graphic film/vinyl/ plastics sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and selling b2b distributor experience


Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed upon timeframes
  • Contact and support of distribution channel partners (regional and national)
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Educate our distribution partners on how to sell our products and best deliver our value proposition
  • Joint sales calls with distributor reps on agreed-upon targets
  • Build relationships with End User accounts to create distributor pull-through business
  • Visit existing customers and potential new customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Support customer inquiries/technical issues/needs (give product recommendations) and elevate technical issues to Tech Service or Quality
  • Engage technical resources to help facilitate the best customer experiences with Arlon products and close new business
  • Qualify the right targets for technical training/showcases/distributor hosted workshops
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, market trends and potential for new products and services
  • Coordinate sales effort with the Marketing department to support promotions
  • Attend trade shows, open houses, golf outings and networking events as needed


Minimum Requirement:

  • Business or Sales qualification 
  • Minimum five (5) years recent relevant work experience, with minimum two (2) years in a Sales role
  • Ability, availability, and willingness to travel as per business needs, active travel documents, driver license and insurance.
  • Microsoft Office ® proficiency
  • Working knowledge of CRM and web research
  • Strong communication skills in the English language (verbal, written, written, presentation, inter-personal)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Communicates and works with, and through, values of integrity, excellence, inspirational, teamwork and accountability (Arlon’s core values). Demonstrates strong commitment to organizational goals and acts in the best interest of the company.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time via various modes of transportation.
  • Valid travel documents, driver license and auto insurance are required.


Education and Experience:

· Third level qualification

· Professional certifications in sales ( ISM - Institute of Sales Management)

· Experience in the sign/graphics market would be advantageous.
