Your mission:

As the Area Sales Director for South Germany, you will be responsible for proactively promoting sales growth, supporting your sales team, and expanding our sales channels in the region. Your role will involve:

  • Leading and supporting the sales team in South Germany
  • Developing the sales and consulting capabilities of the team
  • Acquiring key account customers in the sausage and meat product industry
  • Initiating new product developments with customers
  • Monitoring market trends and competition activity
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments and worldwide subsidiaries
  • Providing written reports in English


What we're looking for:

We need a commercially savvy individual with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for problem-solving. While experience in the casing or meat production industry is advantageous, it's not essential. We provide industry-leading training and support to help you excel in your role. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong commercial background
  • First management responsibility
  • Willingness to travel nationally
  • Business fluency in German
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Eligibility to work and drive in Germany
