Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem General Manager Germany in verschiedenen Projekten
  • Zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen, globalen Stakeholdern und dem General Manager
  • Bearbeitung und Priorisierung diverser Anfragen zu laufenden Projekten
  • Unterstützung der Business Units bei der Koordination von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben als Ansprechpartner/in für Dienstleister, Lieferanten, Bestellungen und Rechnungen
  • Übernahme des Travel Managements und Führen von Terminkalendern
  • Eigenständige Konzeption und Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Organisation von internen und externen Veranstaltungen
  • Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Erstellung von Einarbeitungsplänen für neue Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Human Resources, Sales & Marketing und Commercial sowie dem Betriebsrat


Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung im Pharma- /Biotechumfeld oder Gesundheitswesen mit guten Kenntnissen der typischen Arbeitsabläufe in einer regulierten Branche von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
  • Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative in einer bereichsübergreifenden Verantwortung
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen zu meistern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten und administrativen Tätigkeiten
