We think long-term and support you in planning your future.Location advantage - In contrast to Berlin, you save yourself long commuting times and benefit from a better quality of life.YOUR TASKS - BECOME A GAME CHANGER Management of projects from conception, development work, verification, manufacturing, validation and ultimately product commercialization, in accordance with Hygiena’s Product Commercialization Process (PCP).Leads multi-national / cross-functional teams by conduction regular project core team meetings.Tracks and reports performance to project plans and budgets. This includes project risk tracking, management and reporting.Represents the projects and the project core teams in front of the Project Approval Committee (PAC) and the Leadership Team (LST). Prepares and presents comprehensive project reviews and status reports. This includes the presentation of the project at stage gate reviews to the management.Assists in continuous improvement to our project management and product development process. This includes conducting of virtual and in-person trainings on Product Commercialization for Hygiena staff.Handles various other duties as delegated by the Director of Global Program Management.YOUR PROFIL – WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIALBachelor’s Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Microbiology or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) Certificate preferredMinimum 3 years of experience as project manager of innovation projects using a stage-gate processKnowledge and experience in running and developing PCR, RT-PCR, ELISA and lateral flow tests preferredStrong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Project / Project Online or similar web applicationExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsVery good German and English skills, additional languages (Spanish, French) preferredMust be able to efficiently lead interdisciplinary and international teams in a dynamic project environment, adapting with agility and guiding through ambiguityOccasional international travel is requiredREADY FOR A NEW CALLENGE?Then apply now and become part of our teamPlease send your detailed application stating the earliest possible starting date and salary expectations to recruiting.ger@hygiena.com.
