Aufgaben

Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) bei 8returns bist du einer der ersten im Vertrieb und hast damit die Chance, maßgeblich am Wachstum des Unternehmens mitzuwirken. Du identifizierst und kontaktierst potenzielle Kunden, qualifizierst diese und stellst ihnen unsere Lösung vor. Gemeinsam mit unserem Sales- und Marketing-Team sorgst du dafür, dass unser Sales-Funnel stetig gefüllt bleibt und wir täglich neue Deals abschließen können.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Lead-Generierung: Finde und qualifiziere potenzielle Kunden, die von 8returns profitieren könnten.

• Outreach: Kontaktiere potenzielle Kunden über Cold E-Mails, LinkedIn und Telefon – und wecke ihr Interesse für unser Produkt.

• Qualifizierung: Du führst Gespräche mit Interessenten, erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und stellst sicher, dass sie zu uns passen. Dabei nutzt du einen beratenden Ansatz, um die richtigen Ansprechpartner zu identifizieren.

• Pipeline-Aufbau: Arbeite eng mit unseren Account Executives zusammen und vereinbare Demos mit qualifizierten Leads.

• CRM-Management: Du hältst deine Aktivitäten in unserem CRM fest und sorgst so für eine saubere und transparente Sales-Pipeline.

• Zusammenarbeit: Gemeinsam mit Sales und Marketing optimierst du kontinuierlich die Outreach-Strategie und bringst frische Ideen ein.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst:

• Erfahrung: 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Lead-Generierung (idealerweise in einem B2B- oder SaaS-Unternehmen).

• Kommunikationsstärke: Du weißt, wie man Menschen anspricht – ob per E-Mail, am Telefon oder über LinkedIn. Du kannst überzeugend schreiben und schlagfertig reagieren.

• Drive: Du bist hochmotiviert, liebst Herausforderungen und gibst nicht auf, wenn du auf Einwände triffst.

• Neugier: Du hast echtes Interesse daran, die Probleme unserer Kunden zu verstehen, und brennst dafür, smarte Lösungen zu präsentieren.

• Tech-Affinität: CRM-Tools wie Pipedrive, HubSpot, Apollo-io oder LinkedIn Sales Navigator sind dir entweder bereits vertraut oder du lernst sie schnell.

• Sprache: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich auf Englisch gut verständigen.
