The State Fire Service School Geretsried is looking for the next possible date for a IT System Administrator (m/f/d) full-time The Geretsried State Fire Service School is one of three fire department schools in Bavaria. In addition to the entire spectrum of fire department training and further training (fire protection, technology, environmental protection), it is entrusted with the special areas of disaster control, crisis management, psychosocial emergency care and the training of dispatchers for the integrated control centers in Bavaria. State-wide information technology in civil protection is another area of responsibility. Your tasks You will support our users with hardware and software problems and provide them with competent assistance via remote, telephone, e-mail and ticket system. You will be actively involved in our migration project, which aims to relocate part of our IT landscape to the IT service center of the Free State of Bavaria. You will continuously support and develop our telephony system to ensure a smooth communication process. As part of incident and problem management, you will identify faults, solve requirements independently or plan, coordinate and monitor the work of external service providers. You are part of our dedicated team in the 24/7 on-call service to ensure fast and reliable support even in critical situations.
