Role Description

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. He/she will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and development of all production employees
  • Shift planning and control of ongoing production and assembly
  • Continuous improvement of production processes
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
  • Process design according to modern methods


YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical studies or comparable training in the field of plastic extrusion
  • A "hands on" attitude and management experience characterise you
  • Excellent social skills, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Independent and solution-orientated way of working paired with a high level of initiative

Primo Profile ist eine international tätige Unternehmensgruppe mit mehr als 1.000 Beschäftigten an 12 Standorten in 8 Ländern, welche seit mehr als 60 Jahren Entwicklungspartner und Produzent von Kunststoffprofilen und Systemlösungen in zahlreichen Branchen, wie insbesondere Fenster- und Türenindustrie, Bauwesen, Klima- und Kältetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Haushaltsgeräte und Transport.


Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Produktionsleiter/in (m/w/d) fur unseren Standort Berlin.

Der ideale Kandidat ist für den gesamten Produktionsprozess verantwortlich. Er/sie wird mit anderen internen Teams Strategien entwickeln, um hervorragende Betriebsabläufe zu gewährleisten. Sie führen auch Qualitätsbewertungen durch, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.


IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsmitarbeiter
  • Schichtplanung und Kontrolle der laufenden Produktion und Konfektion
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Prozessgestaltung nach modernen Methoden

IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich van Kunststoffextrusion
  • Eine "Hands On" Einstellung und Führungserfahrung zeichnen Sie aus
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kernkompetenz, Kornmunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
