Our client operates in the manufacturing industry, with a successful track record of cast iron product development, prototyping, and process enhancement. They are renowned for being responsible and proactive, making them a leading supplier with an active approach to become more sustainable and efficient in the future.


We are currently searching for a Collective Labour Lawyer to join them, responsible for devising and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and agreements for the organisation.




The Role and Responsibilities


  • Represent the organisation in individual and collective employment law proceedings.
  • Prepare negotiations with the works council, such as conciliation board hearings.
  • Legal advice on individual and collective labour legislation, including independent solution formulation and evaluation.
  • Create works agreements, data protection legislation, and employment law support on co-determination and social partnership, for the use of HR and management.
  • Develop and update contracts, templates, and HR policies.
  • Develop and implement group-wide employment law qualification measures.
  • Collaborate on cross-departmental projects.




Profile


  • You are a qualified labour law lawyer with at least four years of working experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law, including individual and collective employment, and employee data protection.
  • Exhibit empathy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to address challenging internal corporate issues with resilience.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organisation skills, alongside passion and dedication
