Job in Stäfa: Deine Aufgaben * Persönliche Assistenz des Verkaufsleitung Retail * Direkter Kontakt und Kommunikation mit namhaften nationalen Key Account Kunden * Erstellung und Bearbeitung Offerten, inkl. Mood Boards, Sortimentslayouts, etc. * Auftragserfassung, und -abwicklung, inkl. Terminkontrolle, Lieferüberwachung und Rechnungsstellung * Controlling von Offert- und Auftragsstatus, inkl. Definition von Massnahmen * Mitarbeit in Projekten bei Grossaufträgen (Koordination Beschaffung, POS-Materialien, etc.) * Pflegen von Kundenstammdaten * Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf Innendienst, Marketing und Product Management Dein Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung * Weiterbildung, insbesondere in Betriebswirtschaft, erwünscht * Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst, bzw.
