Senior Java Developer / Fully Remote anywhere in Germany

What you will be doing?


  • Build innovative solutions for complex tech challenges, focusing on high-performance, low-latency, and highly scalable recommendation systems.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes (K8s) with a strong emphasis on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
  • Work exclusively on new codebases with no legacy code involved.
  • Collaborate within a self-organized team that values Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.


What we are looking for?


  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Java (10 years in Java and the latest versions in production).
  • Experience in software architecture and design.
  • Familiarity with event streaming platforms, such as Kafka.
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior developers.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
