• Identifikation und Analyse von Systemfunktionalitäten gemäß den Produktanforderungen

• Erstellung präziser Systemanforderungen und umfassender Systemdokumentation unter Einbindung des Entwicklungsteams

• Untersuchung und Aufteilung der Systemgrenzen in Sub-Systeme zur effektiven Entwicklungsplanung und interdisziplinären Kommunikation im Projektverlauf

• Definition und Aktualisierung der Schnittstellen zwischen den Subsystemen

• Verantwortung für die Analyse, Dokumentation, Abstimmung und Verwaltung von Anforderungen im Bereich der Intensivbeatmungs- und Anästhesiegeräteentwicklung

• Unterstützung der Implementierung als Vermittler und Kommunikator zwischen den Fachbereichen (Maschinenbau, Elektronik, Software) in einem teambasierten Ansatz

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Risikomanagement und Usability Engineering zur Integration von Maßnahmen und Optimierungen im System

• Mitwirkung an der Verifizierung und Validierung bis hin zur Markteinführung des Produkts

• Betreuung der Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg


Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Technik oder Naturwissenschaften, idealerweise mit interdisziplinärem Fokus wie Mechatronik oder Medizintechnik

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konstruktion, Elektronik und Programmierung sowie praktische Erfahrung im Bereich System- und Anforderungsmanagement

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Schnittstellenposition zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen

• Vertrautheit mit Entwicklungsmanagement-Tools wie Polarion, Jira oder Confluence

• Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Entwicklungsmethoden

• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Kritik und Konfliktlösung

• Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung

• Prozessorientierung und die Motivation, in der streng regulierten Medizintechnik-Branche zu arbeiten
