About theRole

We are searching for aMachine Learning Security Engineer (Consultant) to join ourconsulting team, responsible for identifying and mitigatingsecurity vulnerabilities specific to AI models and data. This rolerequires proficiency in strongcybersecurity practices,Cloud Computing and/orAI Frameworks to address the uniquesecurity challenges AI presents. You will collaborate with clientsto implement secure AI and Data architectures, assess risk factors,and provide guidance on best practices for ethical and secure AIdeployment. Ideal candidates may come from either acybersecurity and/orAI background but should have a stronginterest in bridging both fields within a consultingsetting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conductin-depth AI model security assessments, focusing on risks such asmodel poisoning, prompt injection, and unauthorized access, with anemphasis on protecting data integrity and accesscontrol.
  • Design automated threat detectionsystems using AI-driven tools to deliver continuous insights andstrengthen cybersecurity models.
  • Safeguardintellectual property and AI-generated outputs through secureaccess layers, content verification methods, andwatermarking.
  • Perform code security scans andoptimize workflows with advanced AI security tools, ensuringcompliance with security standards.
  • Interfacewith clients to understand security needs, delivering concise,actionable security recommendations and consulting on AI securityframeworks.
  • Implement responsible AI frameworksby conducting fairness audits, bias analysis, and explainable AIreviews to align with ethicalguidelines.
Requirements
  • Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity,AI, Data, or a relatedfield.
  • TechnicalBackground: Proven experience in cybersecurityand/or AI, with a strong interest in securing AI solutions.Previous experience in AI model development, adversarial testing,security assessments particularly within AI contexts, cybersecurityanalytics is aplus.
  • Client-FacingExperience: Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, with experience in a consulting or client-facing role.Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear,actionable insights for diverse clientaudiences.
  • Understanding of AISecurity Threats: Familiarity with AI-specificvulnerabilities, such as model poisoning, prompt injections, anddata obfuscation.
  • Monitoring andObservability Skills: Hands-on experience withmonitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack) isbeneficial.
  • Knowledge ofResponsible AI Practices: Experience withexplainable AI, fairness audits, and ethical AIpractices.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Strong ability to analyze security findings,conduct AI-driven threat assessments, and report insightseffectively.
  • ProgrammingSkills: Proficiency in Python, with experience inAI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cybersecuritytools (e.g., Metasploit, Nmap)preferred.
  • CloudComputing: Proficiency with cloud frameworks(AWS,Azure), with a focus on securingmachine learningworkloads.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Certificationsin security (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) and/or relevant CloudComputing certifications.
  • Understanding andexpertise on the EU AI Act.
  • Familiarity withzero-trust architectures for AIsystems.
