Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges and building software that makes a difference? Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide architectural insights and hands-on technical guidance across the entire software stack, ensuring the robustness and scalability of solutions.
  • Frontend & Backend Expertise: Seamlessly switch between frontend and backend tasks, utilizing your knowledge of modern frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, alongside backend technologies like Kotlin, Java, or Node.js.
  • Business-Driven Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, ensuring that the solutions you build align with business goals and provide real value.
  • Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and perform thorough testing to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Automation & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools to enhance development efficiency and ensure seamless deployments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver cohesive and effective software solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to the team's technical growth and innovation.


What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive Experience: A proven background in full stack development with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of modern programming languages and frameworks, with a preference for Kotlin, and experience with Linux environments.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous requirements, quickly identifying issues and devising effective solutions.
  • DevOps & Automation Enthusiast: Experience with automation tools and DevOps practices to streamline workflows and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Detail-Oriented: Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and user experience.
  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills in both English and German, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and project requirements.
