Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (1 day p/w WFH)

Salary Range: €55,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Düsseldorf. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, social media, brand development, and working closely with external marketing agencies. This role is pivotal in enhancing the brand presence and driving marketing initiatives to stay ahead of the main competitors in the industry.


As Marketing Manager, you will answer to the Marketing Director and have a fantastic opportunity to solidify your place as an important figure head in a very successful up and coming company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to create effective marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive brand development initiatives to enhance the company's market position and reputation.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in working with external marketing agencies and managing social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand development, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.


Languages:

  • Fluent German is required
  • Fluency in English is heavily favoured.
