Responsibilities
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data on crane demand, competitive situation, market size, and growth trends in the European market, and updating the market database in a timely manner.
- Tracking policies, regulations, industry dynamics, and market changes in the European market, providing timely feedback to company management, and proposing response strategies.
- Understanding the market characteristics and customer demands in various European countries, providing reference opinions for product positioning and market promotion strategies for the company.
- Analyzing competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies, identifying competitive advantages and opportunities, and proposing response strategies.
- Assisting the sales team in conducting market research and customer interviews, understanding customer needs and feedback, and providing suggestions for product improvement and development.
- Regularly writing market analysis reports and market forecast reports, reporting to management, and providing data support for company strategy formulation.
- Assisting in formulating marketing and promotion plans for the company in the European market, tracking execution effectiveness, and making timely adjustments and optimizations to strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields, with a background in crane machinery industry and market analysis experience.
- More than 5 years of work experience in crane market insights or market analysis field, with experience in the European market preferred.
- Excellent data analysis skills and market research techniques, proficient in using market research methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with people at different levels and backgrounds.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in other official languages of the European Union is a plus.
- Strong teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and face challenges.
