JobSummary

To support our extraordinary teams whobuild great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking toadd an Engineering Director Power Electronics(m/f/d), located in Stuttgart,Germany.

Reporting to the VPPower Electronics, the Engineering DirectorPower Electronics will be responsible for the developmentand launch of customized products to support Flex’s xEV powerelectronics business.

What a typical daylooks like:

  • Implementstrategies to recruit and retain a qualified and motivatedworkforce
  • Establish product development processaccording to ASPICE
  • Prepare roadmap, marketresearch, and customer information
  • Engagecustomers as a technical expert atFlex
  • Creation of the customer presentation anddocumentation
  • Meet regularly with engineeringpeers at Flex’s customers
  • Work withcross-functional technical teams
  • Collect markettrends for vehicle electrificationsystems
  • Participate as speaker or visitor inelectromobility trade fairs, congresses, exhibitions, and otherevents about e-mobility

Theexperience we’re looking to add to ourteam:

  • Bachelor’s degree orhigher in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5years in a similar position
  • Knowledge ofsimulation tools software such as Matlab, Simulink andLTspice
  • ISO26262
  • FluentEnglish knowledge both in written and spokenform
  • Ability to travel isrequired
