Our client is a leading AI technology vendor, renowned for their cutting-edge solutions and innovative approach. As they continue to expand their presence in the DACH region, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Presales Engineer to join their dynamic team.



Position Overview:


The Senior Presales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's sales efforts across the DACH region. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust technical background and the ability to engage in high-level technical and commercial conversations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise presales, preferably within a tech startup environment, and a proven track record of supporting account executives in closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of our client's AI products and solutions.
  • Address and resolve technical inquiries from prospective clients, ensuring their confidence in our client's offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sales support.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to both customers and internal teams.


Requirements:


  • Language: Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of enterprise presales experience, with a significant portion spent within a tech startup.
  • Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of technical solutions, particularly in AI and related technologies.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work closely with account executives to facilitate technical commercial conversations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to address customer challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Remote Work: Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
