Position Overview:
The Senior Presales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's sales efforts across the DACH region. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust technical background and the ability to engage in high-level technical and commercial conversations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise presales, preferably within a tech startup environment, and a proven track record of supporting account executives in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of our client's AI products and solutions.
- Address and resolve technical inquiries from prospective clients, ensuring their confidence in our client's offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sales support.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to both customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of enterprise presales experience, with a significant portion spent within a tech startup.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of technical solutions, particularly in AI and related technologies.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work closely with account executives to facilitate technical commercial conversations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to address customer challenges.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
