Du willst im Bereich Operational Transaction Services Kunden ganzheitlich entlang des (M&A) Deal Cycle begleiten? Dein Impact:

Als Consultant M&A (m/w/d) stehst du (inter-)nationalen Industriekonzernen, mittelständischen Unternehmen sowie internationalen Private Equity Häusern und deren Portfolio-Gesellschaften beratend zur Seite.  

  • M&A-Strategie: Du bewertest anorganische Wachstumsmöglichkeiten rund um neue Technologien, Märkte bzw. Kundengruppen, identifizierst potentielle M&A Targets und bewertest die strategischen Fits mit den Käufer:innen. 
  • Post-Merger-Integration: Von der Entwicklung der Integrationsstrategie bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung berätst du unsere Kunden bei der Übernahme eines Unternehmens und identifizierst Synergiepotentiale. 
  • Carve-Out: Rund um den Verkauf und die Ausgliederung von Unternehmensteilen an strategische Investoren und Private Equity Gesellschaften entwickelst du Carve-out Konzepte, identifizierst Wertsteigerungshebel und unterstützt bei der operativen Umsetzung über alle betrieblichen Funktionen hinweg. 
  • Operational Due Diligence: Gekonnt bewertest du die operative Leistungsfähigkeit eines Unternehmens, identifizierst Wertsteigerungspotenziale und analysierst Strategie, Marktpositionierung und Supply Chain des potentiellen Targets. 
Dein Skillset:
  • Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar mit überdurchschnittlichen Leistungen, gern mit Promotion oder MBA 
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Interesse an strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen (z. B. M&A, Geschäftsmodelle, Prozessoptimierung / Value Creation) 
  • Strukturierte, zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise und Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte   
  • Teamgeist, hohes Engagement und Selbstständigkeit 
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
