This role shapes the Rekord platform’s experience, evolves the design language, and strengthens the visual and interactive foundations of our ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, growth, and content teams to build intuitive interfaces, scalable design systems, and end-to-end prototypes for new product surfaces.ResponsibilitiesProduct & UX/UI Design • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web apps, dashboards, and workflow tools. • Build and maintain a modular, scalable Figma-based design system. • Collaborate with engineering on UX requirements, prototyping, IA, and user validation. • Translate complex concepts—compliance workflows, data verification, RWA lifecycle—into clear user interfaces.Creative Systems & Brand Architecture • Evolve Rekord’s visual identity and product design language across all touchpoints. • Develop reusable design frameworks for product and marketing. • Support storytelling, motion, and visual explainers for product launches and updates.Content Creation • Produce high-quality visual content, motion assets, and digital materials for product and marketing. • Create narrative structures and microcopy where needed. • Blend visual design, storytelling, and product context to deliver clear, engaging communication. • Support founders and GTM teams with visual and narrative content aligned to product goals.AI-Enhanced Workflow & Content Production • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Suno, ElevenLabs, Freepik, Topaz, Adobe, Figma, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate visual creation and prototyping. • Build internal AI-driven workflows and templates for rapid iteration.Light Front-End / Prototyping • Produce interactive prototypes in Figma, Framer, or simple code. • Contribute to lightweight front-end mockups (HTML/CSS/JS or low-code tools). • Provide clean handoff documentation to engineering.Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with product managers, engineers, founders, and GTM teams to ensure design decisions align with narrative and user value. • Support ecosystem, community, and partner-facing design needs. • Create style guides, documentation, and developer-ready specs.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Design & Creative Expertise • 5+ years in product design, creative direction, UX/UI, or related fields. • Strong experience in SaaS, Web3, media, or creative platforms. • Excellent visual communication and digital storytelling.Technical & Tooling Skills • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, After Effects, etc.). • Ability to produce basic front-end prototypes (HTML/CSS/JS or Webflow). • Comfortable working with component libraries and design tokens.AI & Automation Skills • Hands-on experience with AI design, content, and video/audio tools: Midjourney, Runway, Suno, ElevenLabs, Capcut, Adobe AI, Freepik AI, etc. • Ability to build AI-driven creative workflows.Strategy & Systems Thinking • Experience building scalable design or creative systems. • Ability to align design decisions with product goals and narrative clarity. • Background in ICP frameworks, content pipelines, or ecosystem storytelling.Soft Skills • High autonomy and strong cross-functional collaboration. • Clear communication and rationale-driven decision-making. • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-context environments.Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience in Web3, FinTech, or data-integrity products. • Motion design, 3D, or animation experience. • Background in growth content or brand campaigns. • Understanding of decentralized ecosystems.What This Role Unlocks for Rekord • A strong UX/UI foundation across trust, compliance, and data-integrity workflows. • A cohesive product narrative as Rekord evolves (SaaS → L2 → OS). • Faster iteration cycles through AI-enhanced design and creative systems. • A unified product and brand experience that scales across the ecosystem.
