We are currently looking fora Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (m/f/d) in Germany (Berlin based,or remote).

Join our senior leadershipteam and partner with our CEO to drive the financial strategy andlong-term growth of Trapeze DACH. Together with your team inNeuhausen (Switzerland) and Berlin (Germany), you will beresponsible for all commercial aspects of the business and strivingfor financial excellence.

YourKeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadthe quarterly strategic review (QSR) process to deliver accurateforecasts, coordinating business reviews, planning, and outlookcycles with the Portfolio Finance team to achieve quarterly andannual targets.
  • Manage working capital anddrive initiatives to improve Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) andoverall growth performance.
  • Ensure financialperformance by identifying risks and variances, implementingcorrective actions, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and local taxregulations.
  • Monitor and enforce KPIs, usingdriver-based analytics to explain key variances in revenue, grossmargin, and expenses.
  • Support strategicdirection by assisting in shaping the company’s future anddeveloping performance measures aligned with tacticalinitiatives.
  • Provide commercial expertise toProduct Management, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales, influencingproduct strategy and revenue growthdrivers.
  • Implement best practices to modernizefinance operations and processes.
  • Lead andinspire a team of eight in Controlling andAccounting.

YourProfile:

  • Master’sdegree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 10+years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3years in senior management, preferably in a softwarecompany.
  • Expertise in IFRS and local taxregulations.
  • Proven leadership skills withstrong communication and relationship-buildingabilities.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurialmindset, demonstrated in intercultural and cross-functionalsettings.
  • Solution-oriented with a constructiveapproach to challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment and meet tightdeadlines.
  • M&A experience is aplus.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken andwritten).
  • Willingness to travel within the DACHregion (30%).
