Our project management department handles an average of more than 700 interpreting services per day provided around the world.


Intellectual Property: SeproTec’ s Intellectual Property Business Unit offers a comprehensive range of professional IP solutions to corporations and law firms that streamline IP operations, assisting clients with every patent or trademark issue, in any jurisdiction and any language and on a proprietary platform.




Reporting directly to the Head of Public Services Interpreting Area, this role will be responsible for:


  • Coordinating end-to-end interpretation projects: resources, vendors, deadlines, deliverables and tasks.
  • Budget management.
  • Team coordination.
  • Collaboration with Account Management and Business Development.
  • Supplier and vendor coordination.
  • Administrative management: requests, documentation, managing claims or incidents from clients.
  • Quality management.


Minimum requirements


  • Minimum 1 year experience in project management or similar positions with at least 3 years of Interpretation background.
  • Knowledge of the German Interpreting industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally with a specialization in Translation/Interpretation.
  • Proficient in English and German. Other languages will be highly valued.
  • User level of common office tools (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat).
