This offers growth companies tailor-made solutions in people operations, talent acquisition, retention, and people tech. torq.people also supports its clients with interim management services ranging from recruiting to HR department management. To ensure that we ourselves can grow smartly and smoothly, we are looking for you as an IT Administrator (m/f/d): a technically experienced, reliable, and solution-oriented person who will professionally expand our IT infrastructure and enable our team every day. You will work directly with management and take responsibility for a critical system: our technological backbone. YOUR TASKS: Hardware setup & rollout: You will equip employees, carry out onboarding/offboarding, and ensure that everything is technically ready. Software & license management: You will manage our tools (including MS365, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, HiBob, CoffeeCup, Calendly) and keep an eye on licenses & compliance. Cloud & Access Management: You structure data rooms and access rights (OneDrive, Google Drive, internal systems). Security first: You provide support in the area of IT security in accordance with ISO 27001 standards, identify risks early on, and implement appropriate measures (including firewall, VPN, antivirus). Network & infrastructure in the Berlin office: You keep our network running smoothly and take care of devices, servers, and Wi-Fi stability. Troubleshooting & support: You are the first point of contact for technical questions—fast, clear, solution-oriented. Automation & smart development: You contribute ideas on how we can make processes more efficient, secure, and modern. Documentation & IT standards: You maintain IT policies, technical documentation, and onboarding guides. In short: You are the tech enabler who ensures that our team can work efficiently—today and in the future. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Initial professional experience in a comparable IT role (e.g., system or network administration, IT support) Good knowledge of Windows, Apple, and cloud environments (MS365, Google Workspace, networks, access management, VPN, security tools) Interest or basic knowledge in the area of information security & data protection (ISO-27001) Hands-on mindset: you want to understand, improve, automate High quality awareness and independent working style Enjoy helping people and explaining technical topics in an understandable way Very good German and English skills Willingness to learn & genuine interest in new tools, tech stacks, and security standards Nice-to-have (not a must, but a plus): Experience with automation, mobile device management, script basics, or security frameworks WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Hybrid working model – remote and approx. 3 days/week in the Berlin office for hardware & team meetings Permanent employment contract & opportunity to actively expand the role 30 days of vacation + up to 180 days of workation within the EU Modern hardware & tooling – no legacy IT Training budget for cloud/security certifications & tech developmentundefined Benefits such as job ticket, company fitness & corporate volunteering, and much more.
