With R&D centers, production sites, and clinical trial registries worldwide, Bluesail Surgical is dedicated to providing cost-effective, high-quality surgical equipment. Their main products include Endoscopic Staplers, Open Staplers, Trocars, Hemostatic Forceps, Ultrasonic Scalpels, and other surgical consumables. With a focus on medium-value and high-value surgical consumables, Bluesail Surgical aspires to become the top brand of Chinese surgical instruments.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Clinical Sales Manager - Europe at bluesail+ surgical. The Regional Clinical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing distributors, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, and achieving sales targets in the European market. The role will involve frequent travel within the region and remote collaboration with the global team.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the medical device industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the European surgical market and its regulations
  • Strong Clinical Knowledge in Various Surgical Specialties.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key Opinion Leaders
  • Experience in the surgical instrument sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
