What can you expect?
  • You assist in planning and organizing project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
  • You help in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and reports for seamless project tracking
  • You conduct research and perform analyses to provide actionable insights that support project decision-making
  • You support in coordinating and communicating with various project stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and collaboration
  • You support in preparing and executing presentations and meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and impactful
  • You handle administrative tasks and organizational duties within the project management scope to enhance overall efficiency
What should you bring along?
  • You are an enrolled student (f/m/d) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar
  • You demonstrate interest and initial experience in project management, which are advantageous
  • You have excellent organizational abilities and a structured approach to work
  • You show a high level of initiative and capability to work effectively within a team
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have a good command of both German and English, with strong written and spoken abilities
